Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise staff.
- Ensure authentic food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Plan menus and specials, ensuring consistency and innovation.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and equipment standards.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of ingredients.
- Develop standard recipes and training materials for staff.
- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience as Kitchen Incharge.
- Strong knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods.
- Leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
