Responsibilities for kitchen steward
· Maintain knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards
· Works with Culinary and Beverage employees to support the departments through plate ups, movement of equipment, cleanliness and hygiene of work area, dishwashing, pot washing other Food and Beverage equipment

· Work in a clean, sanitary, safe and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations
· Conducts deep cleaning according to protocols
· Cleans and stores pots, pans, and other equipment used by the cooks
· Separates customer dishes and utensils according to standard operating procedures
· Accounts for and brings back to dish room any utensils, dishes, decorations, equipment, used during events
· Responsible for storing chemicals and cleaning products
· Communicates with other kitchen assistants to ensure that all work is accomplished by team
