Job Description:
The Labour Support Officer is responsible for coordinating daily welfare support for labourers, primarily focusing on food distribution, accommodation arrangements, and addressing basic needs. The role ensures that all welfare activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily meal distribution to labourers.
- Liaise with catering teams and vendors to ensure food quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor accommodation conditions and report any issues to management.
- Act as a point of contact for labour-related concerns and welfare needs.
- Maintain records of food distribution and welfare services provided.
