Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for projects across the UAE. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing topographic maps, and ensuring accurate measurements for construction, infrastructure, and development projects in compliance with UAE laws and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using total stations, GPS/GNSS systems, auto levels, and other advanced surveying instruments.
- Set out site boundaries, levels, and reference points for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Interpret and analyze site plans, architectural drawings, and civil blueprints.
- Prepare detailed surveying reports, site plans, and topographic maps using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
- Verify and maintain accuracy of measurements and site data, and resolve discrepancies in survey data.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors to coordinate survey work on-site.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with UAE municipal and regulatory authority requirements (e.g., DM, ADM, DDA, RAK Municipality).
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure proper documentation of survey data.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documents.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other UAE authority standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in surveying instruments (Leica, Trimble, Sokkia) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Strong understanding of horizontal and vertical control, topographic and boundary surveys.
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and challenging terrain.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of drone surveying and GIS applications.
- Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, pipelines, etc.).
- Knowledge of UAE labor and safety laws related to fieldwork.
Working Conditions:
- Site-based work across the UAE (urban and desert environments).
- Extended hours and weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
