Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in land surveying, with at least 3 years in water and sewerage pipeline projects.
- Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS equipment, AutoCAD, and surveying software.
- Knowledge of local authority regulations and standards for pipeline and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in field conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographical and land surveys for the construction of water and sewerage pipelines.
- Set out alignments, levels, and benchmarks for excavation, pipe laying, chambers, and associated civil structures.
- Collaborate with project engineers, CAD technicians, and site teams to ensure accuracy in layouts and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and maps.
- Verify survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Manage survey equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
- Identify and resolve potential conflicts in design vs. actual site conditions.
