Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Supervisor to oversee daily landscaping operations and lead a team of groundskeepers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscaping, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews on-site.
- Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring proper resource allocation.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of lawns, gardens, irrigation systems, trees, and hardscape features.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Inspect work to maintain quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate with clients and management to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (3+ years preferred).
- Previous supervisory or crew leader experience.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape construction.
- Ability to read and follow site plans and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
