Role Overview:
As an L&D Trainer / Specialist at PSI, you will play a key role in shaping the development of our workforce. You’ll be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, supporting competency development, and driving a culture of continuous learning across the business. You’ll work closely with department leaders to identify training needs, design tailored learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver engaging and high-impact training sessions (classroom, virtual, and blended) across departments.
- Facilitate onboarding, soft skills, sales training, systems training, and compliance programs.
- Adapt content delivery to suit different learning styles and business functions.
Program Design & Development
- Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to design, update, and localize training content.
- Build course materials including slide decks, participant guides, e-learning content, and assessments.
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure effectiveness.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Support or lead TNAs in collaboration with department heads.
- Analyze skill gaps, performance data, and competency assessments to align learning priorities.
- Maintain a TNA log and recommend targeted solutions.
Learning Impact & Reporting
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training using feedback, knowledge checks, and follow-up assessments.
- Contribute to the development and updating of training dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
- Gather success stories and learning outcomes to showcase business impact.
Learning Culture Enablement
- Advocate for continuous learning across the company.
- Assist in organizing internal knowledge-sharing, workshops, and upskilling campaigns.
- Support digital learning integration via LMS and microlearning tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Training, Instructional Design, or Coaching (e.g., CIPD, ATD) are a plus.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or L&D roles.
- Experience designing and delivering learning content for diverse audiences.
- Exposure to the real estate or sales industry is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple training tracks.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze feedback and adjust learning plans accordingly.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to connect with diverse teams.
