Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients regarding shipment updates, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and logistics efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics data.
- Help foster a positive customer experience through professionalism and timely service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum (1) year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles or previous exposure to marketing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred).
