We are a diversified business group with operations in Construction, Joinery, Marble, Real Estate, and related industries. To support our growing international trade and supply chain activities, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Executive to manage documentation, shipments, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end logistics operations including import, export, and cross-trade shipments.
- Manage LC (Letter of Credit), DP World documentation, customs clearance, and trade compliance.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, and related trade paperwork.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update ERP system with all shipment entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Procurement, Projects) for proper flow of goods and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in logistics, shipping, and trade documentation.
- Strong knowledge of LC, DP World, customs clearance, and international shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with cross-trade operations and freight forwarding.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
