Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Luxury Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the high-end real estate market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver a premium experience to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in luxury real estate transactions with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
- Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive properties
- Conduct property viewings and offer tailored property solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and listing teams for maximum property exposure
- Maintain a strong personal network and generate referrals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-ticket sales (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong client servicing mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- UAE Real Estate License (RERA) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car
