Domestic Worker Supervisor
- Female with experience in a supervisory role (domestic work or similar field preferred).

We are hiring a Female Domestic Worker Supervisor to manage and support our team of housemaids and nannies. The ideal candidate will be responsible, organized, and caring—focused on the well-being, training, and performance of domestic staff living in our accommodation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Keep updated records of staff and share availability with admin and marketing teams.
- Make sure workers follow hygiene and grooming standards (clean uniforms, daily hygiene, etc.).
- Help train new or inexperienced staff in household tasks and proper behavior.
- Support staff during client interviews and help with communication.
- Be the main point of contact for workers’ personal or work concerns.
- Report any issues in the accommodation to the Admin Manager.
- Ensure clean, safe, and healthy living conditions in the staff accommodation.
- Work with management on staff issues like performance or reassignment.
- Oversee cleanliness of the office and supervise assigned cleaning staff.
- Conduct daily checks of the accommodation and report any problems.
- Manage room assignments and monitor staff movement in the facility.
Requirements:
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to handle conflicts with fairness and care.
- Well-organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and health practices.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Tagalog is a plus.
- Willing to live in the company’s accommodation.
