Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery, installation, and setup of home hemodialysis machines and water treatment systems at patient residences.
- Perform routine maintenance, disinfection, and basic troubleshooting of dialysis equipment under supervision or following established protocols.
- Support inventory management by organizing and restocking supplies and equipment used in home dialysis.
- Document maintenance and service activities in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Coordinate with technical and clinical teams to ensure timely service and support.
- Respond to service calls or patient concerns about equipment functionality, escalating as needed to technical staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control practices, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service schedules, parts usage, and maintenance logs.
- Performs other related tasks when needed

- High school
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- 2 years as maintenance assistant
- 3 years in similar role
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; willingness to travel to patient homes
- Familiarity with dialysis machines and water treatment systems.
