Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and professional Male Hairdresser to join our high-end ladies-only salon. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in women's hair services, passionate about hair fashion, and committed to delivering a luxury client experience. Discretion and professionalism are essential.
Note: This position is open in accordance with local laws and salon policies regarding male staff in women’s salons.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform women's haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, blow-dries, and treatments
- Conduct client consultations to recommend styles and treatments
- Apply chemical services such as keratin, protein, rebonding, etc.
- Recommend after-care routines and promote retail products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and work area
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times
- Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and products
- Collaborate with the salon team for smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in women's hairdressing
- Formal certification or training in hairdressing
- Strong portfolio of hair work (photos, social media, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Respectful, well-groomed, and professional demeanor
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of latest trends in women’s hair care and styling
