About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join Sinbad's Kids Club team in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children
- Lead, train, and support a team of childcare professionals
- Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate activities and programs
- Plan and execute creative children’s events, including large-scale celebrations for up to 200–250 children
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding standards
- Maintain strong communication with parents, guardians, and hotel leadership
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare environment and creating structured children’s programs
- Proven experience managing a multinational team and creating structured children’s programs
- Strong experience in organizing engaging, large-scale kids' events (200–250 children)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
