We are seeking a reliable and proactive Manual Driver / Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will not only handle transportation needs but also assist in daily coordination tasks to support site and office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a manual transmission vehicle to transport staff, materials, and documents.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods between sites, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and office staff for daily task schedules and deliveries.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic maintenance schedules.
- Support procurement and logistics with pickups from suppliers or government offices.
- Assist in daily errands, document submissions, and coordination of site requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Manual Driving License.
- Proven experience as a driver in the UAE (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to multitask and assist in coordination duties when not driving.
