Job Summary:
Euro Infotech Manpower d.o.o, a newly established manpower supply company in Croatia, is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager of Croatian nationality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our manpower supply services across Croatia. Fluency in both Croatian and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to enter and expand in the Croatian manpower market.
Identify potential clients and industries (construction, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, etc.) requiring workforce solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Promote the company’s manpower services and tailor solutions to client needs.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to clients.
Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality deployment of candidates.
Maintain sales and client databases, and prepare regular performance and market reports.
Ensure compliance with Croatian labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Croatian nationality (mandatory).
Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development, sales, or recruitment (preferably in the manpower or HR services industry).
Strong knowledge of the local Croatian market and employment laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Croatian and English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
Must be based in or willing to travel across Croatia.
