Position Title: Market Research Analyst Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation or live-out allowance Benefits: Company laptop and mobile phone Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings. • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights on trends, customer needs, and industry developments in the paints and coatings sector. • Support business growth by forecasting demand, identifying market opportunities, and advising on pricing, product development, and market entry strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, R&D, Product Development) to align market insights with business goals and support innovation and performance tracking. • Manage research projects, data reporting, and external vendors while maintaining accurate, up-to-date market intelligence databases and reports.
Requirements
- Open to Male Arabic national, 30 years old and above. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field. • 3–5 years’ experience in market research, preferably in paints or chemicals. • Proficient in data analysis, market tools, Excel, and CRM systems.
