Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Reports to: Marketing Lead
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead to coordinate, execute, and monitor marketing activities for brands. This role serves as a vital link between the Dubai office and the Bangalore marketing team, ensuring timely campaign delivery, adherence to brand standards, and efficient execution of all local marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing Lead, Bangalore marketing team, and internal departments.
- Manage the flow of briefs, updates, and deliverables to facilitate smooth campaign execution.
- Attend all marketing team meetings, document minutes, and distribute actionable points.
2. Content & Asset Management
- Collaborate with content creators to schedule and coordinate local photoshoots.
- Collect, organize, and share visual and written assets with the Bangalore team for editing, publishing, and archiving.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines before release.
3. On-Ground Marketing Support
- Assist in executing marketing events, exhibitions, client presentations, and local activations.
- Coordinate site visits, secure shoot permissions, and obtain client approvals as needed.
4. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage local vendors for printing, merchandise, and branded materials.
- Maintain a vetted vendor list for recurring marketing needs (e.g., business cards, custom notebooks, signage).
5. Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain campaign calendars, shoot schedules, and task trackers.
- Prepare post-activity reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Track expenditures against the marketing budget for Dubai-based activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Canva experience is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

- Timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Accuracy and completeness of marketing trackers and reports.
- Quality and timeliness of local vendor deliverables.
- Positive collaboration feedback from both Dubai and Bangalore teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
