We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help drive results through strategic paid advertising and data-driven decisions.
We are seeking a data-focused, results-driven marketer to lead and manage our Meta Ads campaigns, Shopify marketing, and overall digital performance strategy. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns that drive brand growth, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Advertising & Paid Campaigns
- Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook/Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns
- Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust for ROAS and cost efficiency
- Manage ad budgets effectively and report on spend vs. results
Shopify Marketing & Tracking
- Integrate Meta and other tracking tools with Shopify
- Analyze store performance using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics
- Track key e-commerce metrics (AOV, CAC, conversion rates, etc.)
Marketing Strategy & Analytics
- Build and maintain monthly marketing calendars (for multiple brands)
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights
- Recommend campaign adjustments and growth strategies based on analytics
- Stay up to date with platform changes and ad innovations
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Experience managing Shopify stores and marketing funnels
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Shopify)
- Skilled in interpreting data and making performance-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational and planning skills (marketing calendars, content flow)
- Arabic is a plus
