We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving our B2B lead generation efforts and enhancing our digital marketing performance. In this on-site role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality leads, while working closely with the sales team to align marketing strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate high-quality B2B leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Clearbit, and Leadfeeder.
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and new business opportunities.
· Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead data, activity logs, and follow-up notes.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue goals.
· Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion metrics and campaign ROI.
· Stay informed on the latest digital marketing tools, tactics, and industry trends.
Requirements
· Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
· Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Google Ads, and lead generation platforms.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management best practices.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Experience in the technology or B2B services industry.
