- We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong background in ads campaign management (2+ years) and AI-powered marketing tools. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn — while also leveraging AI to improve targeting, content, and performance.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Use AI-driven tools for ad copy, audience insights, predictive analytics, and campaign automation.
- Run A/B testing and apply AI-powered insights to refine creatives and funnels.
- Manage tracking & attribution (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs).
- Generate weekly reports with actionable insights using analytics + AI dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads.
- Explore new AI-driven marketing solutions (chatbots, personalization engines, lead scoring).
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience in digital ad campaign management.
- Proven results in lowering CPL/CPA and improving ROAS.
- Knowledge of AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, SurferSEO, MidJourney, etc.).
- Strong skills in GA4, GTM, tracking, and attribution.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision making.
- English required, Arabic is a plus. GCC market experience preferred.
