Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Head to lead our online marketing strategies, boost brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer engagement and achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Create and maintain a well-structured marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Identify opportunities for market differentiation, business expansion, and innovative campaigns using emerging trends and technologies.
2. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, YouTube, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Improve website and online auction traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates using analytics and performance insights.
- Oversee content creation, copywriting, and creative asset development to ensure consistency with the brand voice and identity.
3. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Build and execute engaging social media strategies to grow followers, improve engagement rates, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Coordinate live-streaming activities for auctions, improving visual aesthetics and online customer experience.
- Collaborate with influencers and strategic partners to boost online visibility and lead generation.
4. Brand Management
- Strengthen and maintain brand identity across all online touchpoints, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Enhance the look, feel, and customer experience of online auction platforms to align with global best practices.
5. Data-Driven Marketing & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (traffic, leads, ROI, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM analytics.
- Make data-driven recommendations to continuously optimize campaigns and marketing spend.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
6. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve set KPIs.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and PRO for approvals, advertising, and promotional requirements.
7. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with UAE marketing laws, advertising regulations, and platform policies to avoid penalties (e.g., shadow bans).
- Follow company SOPs, code of conduct, and maintain professional communication standards.
8. Other Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director in strategic initiatives, reporting, and special projects.
- Review and suggest cost-reduction opportunities while ensuring quality marketing outcomes.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in digital processes and customer satisfaction.

- Website traffic growth (%) and quality lead generation.
- Social media follower growth and engagement rate.
- ROI and cost-per-acquisition for campaigns.
- Increased participation and sales conversion in online auctions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing within the UAE, preferably in automotive, e-commerce, or auction industries.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email automation, and CRM tools.
- Experience with content creation, influencer collaborations, and video/live-stream marketing.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinker, multi-tasker, and able to perform under pressure.
- Understanding of UAE marketing compliance and best practices.
