What You'll Do

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and execute customer journey plans that enhance engagement and satisfaction.

  • Insight Gathering & Field Research: Dive into customer behavior, conduct competitive analysis, and uncover new growth opportunities through real-world observation.

  • Internal Communications: Craft compelling internal content—videos, articles, podcasts, and presentations—that inform and inspire our teams.

  • AI Transformation: Be part of the future! Learn how to ideate, brainstorm, and develop AI-driven marketing use cases and roadmaps.

  • Content Creation: Help shape our brand voice by creating engaging content for our website and social media platforms.

  • Email Marketing: Assist in designing and distributing impactful email campaigns, from newsletters to automated series.

  • Social Media Management: Grow our online presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.

  • SEO Optimization: Support our SEO strategy through keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor digital campaigns and deliver actionable insights.

  • Team Support: Provide essential administrative support to keep our marketing engine running smoothly.

Required Qualifications-

  • A basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.

  • Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings.
