- Support the Group Product Manager in daily brand operations and strategic initiatives.
- Gain hands-on exposure to the full marketing mix in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
- Build foundational skills in brand-building, shopper marketing, and consumer engagement.
- Manage day-to-day marketing tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Ownership:
- Lead and deliver one key strategic project from ideation through execution and performance tracking.
- Brand Management Support:
- Assist in executing marketing plans for ORS Olive Oil, Hobby, and Dabur brands.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and sales performance for strategic insights.
- Contribute to creative development for campaigns and brand collaterals.
Campaigns & Content Support:
- Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, engagement campaigns, and content planning.
- Analyse campaign performance using digital dashboards and reporting tools.
Product & Innovation Assistance:
- Support cross-functional teams with packaging development, claims, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in communication development for new product launches with the Creative Designer.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Manage agency timelines and ensure on-time delivery of campaign elements.
- Engage with internal stakeholders including Creative, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory teams for smooth execution.
Requirements
- Passion for brand marketing and understanding of consumer behaviour.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing/branding is a plus, but not mandatory.
