We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager – Lead Generation to join our dynamic team and take ownership of driving qualified leads to support our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on high-quality lead generation for real estate sales and rentals.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder).
- Build and maintain CRM funnels for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Leverage email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Oversee content creation strategies to drive organic traffic and improve brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the real estate sector (preferably in Dubai or the UAE market).
- Proven track record in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
