We are looking for a proactive and professional Marketing & Sales Support Executive to join our interior fit-out team. This role is focused on client communication and sales coordination through calls, messages, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent phone etiquette, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in handling client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up on submitted quotations
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients
- Update CRM or internal records with client responses and status
- Assist with lead generation and coordinate with the sales team
- Ensure timely follow-ups to help convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Prepare reports on follow-up status and communication logs
- Support the team by handling incoming calls and client queries
Requirements:
- Experience in client communication, sales coordination, or customer service
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident, polite phone manner
- Self-motivated, organized, and efficient in follow-ups
- Knowledge of interior fit-out, real estate, or construction industry is an advantage
