Key responsibilities
- Brand strategy and governance
- Define, implement, and manage the brand strategy, voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand guidelines in campaigns, website, listings, content, and communications.
- Collaborate with product/market teams to align brand with market positioning and differentiators.
- Lead generation and demand generation
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generateMarketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Develop and manage the lead nurture program (email, content, retargeting) to move leads through the funnel.
- Collaborate with sales to create territory and campaign-specific playbooks and SLA targets.
- Google Ads and paid media
- Plan, launch, optimize and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and other paid channels (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, programmatic as applicable).
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, keyword research, ad copy, landing pages, and A/B tests to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; implement optimization tactics and iteratively test new approaches.
- Social media growth and content strategy
- Develop social media strategy for Instagram and other platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok as appropriate) to increase follower growth, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan and oversee content calendar, including posts, reels, stories, ads, and organic content; oversee content creation (briefs, copy, visuals) or produce directly as needed.
- Build a strong brand presence online through community engagement, partnerships, influencers, and local activations when applicable.
- Website, landing pages and conversion optimization
- Improve user experience and conversion funnels on the website and landing pages.
- Lead A/B testing for pages, forms, and CTAs; optimize bounce rates and time-on-site.
- Analytics, reporting and optimization
- Define and track core KPIs; provide weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
- Use Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, social analytics, and CRM data to optimize campaigns and attribution models.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership and sales teams.
- Collaboration and operations
- Partner with sales, content, design, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage external vendors/agencies as needed and ensure quality and ROI of campaigns.
- Compliance and governance
- Ensure compliance with digital advertising policies, privacy regulations, and industry guidelines.
- Maintain data hygiene and timely CRM data capture for effective attribution.
Required qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in branding, demand generation, and digital advertising; real estate/inventory marketing experience preferred.
- Google Ads: Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Google Analytics/GA4; Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Social media: Demonstrated success growing brand presence and engagement on Instagram and other major platforms; experience with paid social campaigns.
- Tech/tools: Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio), landing page tools (Unbounce, Instapage, WordPress/WooCommerce), and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Copywriting and storytelling: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling brand stories and campaign copy.
- Analytics and measurement: Strong data-driven mindset; ability to define and track KPIs and report outcomes clearly.
- Collaboration: Cross-functional team player with project management skills; able to work with sales, design, content, and tech teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Real estate or property marketing experience.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound/Automation).
- Experience with virtual tours or property tech tools (e.g., Matterport) is a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus.
Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead generation: number of MQLs/SQLs, cost per lead (CPL), lead quality improvement.
- Advertising performance: ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, impression share, quality score.
- Brand and social metrics: follower growth rate, engagement rate, reach, brand sentiment, content performance.
- Website and landing pages: conversion rate, bounce rate, time on page, form fill rate.
- Revenue and pipeline impact: contribution to pipeline and closed deals from marketing-qualified leads.
