What You'll Do
As our Marketing & Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice and vision behind our brand. You’ll craft campaigns, manage digital platforms, and spark engagement with urban explorers, eco-conscious customers, and tech-savvy partners.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate on creative assets and visual branding
Social Media Management
- Own the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Create and schedule posts that reflect CityLockers’ personality: smart, stylish, and sustainable
- Respond to comments, analyze engagement, and optimize performance
Partnership & Promotions
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, community partnerships, and event marketing
- Track ROI and manage budgets for paid social campaigns
Reporting & Analytics
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (or your pick!)
- Present actionable insights and adapt strategies to boost impact
Who You Are
A storyteller with flair and strategy in equal measure
3+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
A creative mind with an eye for detail and design
Familiar with UAE markets and passionate about sustainability, tech, or urban living
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!)
