Job description
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
- Lay bricks, blocks, or stones according to specified designs and patterns.
- Mix mortar or grout and apply it to surfaces or bricks.
- Cut and shape bricks, stones, or concrete blocks to fit spaces.
- Ensure all masonry work meets building codes and safety regulations.
- Repair and maintain existing masonry structures.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for masonry work.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals including carpenters, electricians, and supervisors.
Minimum of five years' experience in the UAE is required.
