Job Summary:
Turco Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Mason to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be skilled in all aspects of masonry work, including block work, plastering, tile fixing, concrete repairs, and finishing. This is a full-time role within an active construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bricklaying, block work, plastering, and tile fixing as per project requirements
- Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other construction materials
- Ensure alignment and quality of structures and finishes
- Repair and maintain existing structures as required
- Follow instructions from the site supervisor or engineer
- Comply with all health and safety regulations on site
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Work effectively with other site workers to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience as a mason in the UAE or similar construction environment
- Strong skills in block work, plastering, tile work, and general masonry
- Ability to read basic site drawings and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work under the sun and in tough site conditions
- Committed to safety and quality workmanship
- Team player with a positive work attitude
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,200
