We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality massage services, promoting relaxation, wellness, and pain relief for our clients. You must be knowledgeable in various massage techniques and able to tailor treatments to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, and aromatherapy, Madero Therapy, Lymphatic Massage, Slimming Massage, Cupping based on client needs.
- Any additional services like nail, waxing, facial or hair blow dry is a plus
- Assess clients’ conditions and recommend suitable massage techniques or wellness treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each session and client history
- Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace at all times
- Promote spa services and wellness products as needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Stay updated with new techniques and continue professional development
Qualifications:
- Valid Massage Therapy Certification
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and related health benefits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, courteous, and well-groomed appearance.
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
- Knows Madero Therapy
