We are looking for a detail-oriented Material Coordinator to manage and monitor the movement, storage, and distribution of materials for our ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process material deliveries according to schedule.
- Prepare reports on client conditions, project status, and ETAs.
- Follow up with procurement on availability, ETAs, and shipping accuracy.
- Report any material deficiency or project-related claims.
- Coordinate with procurement, distribution, shipping, and supply chain.
- Assess production schedules, identify material requirements, and ensure availability.
- Generate and manage computerized production and transport records.
- Prepare reports to support cost accounting and procurement functions.
