Role Description
We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in Sales and Marketing within the Telehealth sector. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be trained and mentored to:
- Promote Mulk Med’s healthcare services,
- Support business development activities, and
- Contribute to brand-building and marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for energetic, people-oriented graduates who are excited to grow in the healthcare technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Assist in identifying new clients, markets, and partnership opportunities.
- Support B2B and B2C sales efforts for telehealth services.
- Participate in meetings with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Follow up with leads and help maintain client databases.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, and healthcare exhibitions).
- Assist in preparing marketing content, sales presentations, and proposals.
- Contribute ideas for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
Client Engagement & Support
- Learn to understand client needs and recommend suitable telehealth solutions.
- Provide responsive customer support to ensure satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships with healthcare providers and organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and the digital healthcare sector.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage (Mandatory).
