· Basic knowledge of underwriting principles and policy forms.
· Collect appropriate and accurate information required to quote. Provide suitable Quotations with Comparison Sheet.
· Review insurance applications for compliance and adherence
· Coordinate with Salesperson/Direct Clients for the required Information for policy Placement/Compliance related etc
· Review policy applications correctly along with the complete documents and send for processing OR upload on the appropriate Portals.
· Evaluate policies with regards to the company’s underwriting standards.
· Keep detailed records of policies underwritten and decisions made along with their related documents in particular folders and PRAKTORA.
· Ability to prioritize work and perform within time constraints.
· Checking verifying and arranging the ecard and invoices & Payments from the client
· Provide necessary information to Accounts and coordinate with them for any information required.
· Assisting the client/advisors for any of their Queries related and Endorsements for Groups.
· Support to the Medical Department (Individual OR Group) in their Daily Routine Work/Bookings etc.
· Maintain and provide required information from DHA.
