City Way Facilities Management is hiring an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across our facilities and project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and leadership abilities to manage teams and ensure smooth execution of MEP-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all MEP works at the site including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Plan and allocate daily tasks to the technical team and monitor their performance.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure maintenance and installation work meets company standards and safety regulations.
- Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of work within allocated budgets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, and material and manpower requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues on-site.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and local authority regulations.
