We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD MEP Draftsman with at least 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will prepare precise MEP drawings, ensuring seamless coordination with architectural and interior layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate shop drawings for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Review and coordinate architectural and interior drawings for precise MEP layouts.
- Update and revise drawings based on site conditions or feedback from consultants/engineers.
- Collaborate closely with project and site teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation.
- Produce as-built drawings upon project completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman, specifically in interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other MEP/BIM software is an advantage.
