Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in UAE for an MEP Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, submittals, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) expertise
- Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting
- Experience with Submittals
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6-7 years' Experience in the MEP fit out industry
