MEP Supervisor (Mechanical Engineering Background) with Landscaping and Pool Experience.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Supervisor with a background in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, and hands-on experience in landscaping works and swimming pool systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, coordination, and supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems related to landscaping and external works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site MEP activities related to landscaping and pool construction.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment between MEP services and landscaping design.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of water features, pool filtration systems, irrigation systems, pumps, lighting, and associated mechanical works.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and daily logs.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and address any site issues promptly.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and environmental considerations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP supervision, with significant exposure to landscaping and swimming pool systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical components used in external works.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with health & safety regulations and site protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
