- Measure and mix fragrance ingredients based on approved formulations and batch sheets.
- Operate mixing equipment such as agitators, pumps, and filtration systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of mixing tanks, vessels, and tools before and after each batch.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of raw materials and mixed products.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and GMP protocols.
- Record batch details, measurements, and observations in production logs or ERP system.
- Collaborate with the quality control team for sampling and testing of mixed batches.
- Notify the supervisor of any inconsistencies, material shortages, or equipment issues.
- Assist in inventory checks of raw materials and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to environmental and safety regulations during chemical handling.
