Masterpiece Property LLC is seeking a talented and driven Multimedia Specialist / Videographer to join our creative marketing team. If you're passionate about real estate, storytelling through video, and creating stunning digital content that brings properties and lifestyle to life — we want to hear from you.
Your Role:
- Capture high-quality video content for property tours, agent highlights, testimonials, and lifestyle visuals.
- Edit videos with a polished, cinematic feel that aligns with the company’s branding.
- Shoot high-resolution property photos when needed.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan creative campaigns and visual storytelling strategies.
- Deliver engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and paid ad campaigns.
- Optimize video formats for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure consistent branding and quality across all visual materials.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, preferably in real estate or lifestyle content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Skilled in photography and basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop is preferable).
- Creative eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
- Ability to manage your own shoots and editing timelines with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D rendering.
- Familiar with trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to contribute ideas to marketing campaigns beyond visuals.
- Knowledge of drones and real estate video styles is an advantage.
