Job Description: Montessori Teacher:
1. Curriculum Implementation:
- Design and implement a Montessori-aligned curriculum tailored to the developmental stages and individual needs of each child.
- Use Montessori materials effectively to promote exploration, discovery, and hands-on learning.
2. Child Development:
- Observe and assess children’s progress, interests, and developmental milestones to adapt learning experiences accordingly.
- Foster independence, confidence, and a love for learning by encouraging children to make choices and self-direct their activities.
3. Classroom Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and inviting classroom environment that promotes creativity, collaboration, and respect.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines that support a peaceful and productive learning atmosphere.
4. Individualized Support:
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to each child, recognizing their unique learning styles and paces.
- Prepare and modify lesson plans to accommodate varying abilities and interests.
5. Communication with Parents:
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians about their child’s progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and collaborate with families to support their child's education at home.
6. Professional Development:
- Stay current with the latest Montessori educational practices, child development research, and other relevant educational resources.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness.
7. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience and participate in school-wide activities and events.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members or interns as appropriate.
8. Community Engagement:
- Promote Montessori principles and the school’s mission within the broader community.
- Organize and participate in community events, field trips, and cultural activities that enhance the learning experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
OR
- Montessori certification from an accredited Montessori training program (Infant/Toddler or Early Childhood level).
- Experience:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in a Montessori environment.
- Familiarity with child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
