Key Responsibilities
● Assess clients’ financial backgrounds and advise on suitable mortgage products.
● Compare lenders, rates, and terms to find the most competitive mortgage deals.
● Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and liaise with lenders on their behalf. ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and lending criteria.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (e.g., Central Bank regulations, AML/KYC).
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lending partners.
● Follow up with clients throughout the mortgage process until closure.
● Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and performance targets.
● Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems. Requirements
● Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Loan Officer, or similar role.
● Strong knowledge of mortgage lending products and financial regulations.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
● Certification in Mortgage Advisory (e.g., CeMAP, or local equivalent) is preferred.
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
● Familiarity with the UAE real estate and lending market.
● Experience using mortgage comparison tools and CRM platforms.
