We are seeking a passionate and experienced MS Office Trainer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a knack for teaching and mentoring learners of varying skill levels.
As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering structured and engaging training sessions, guiding learners through real-world office scenarios, and ensuring they gain both technical and practical knowledge to excel in administrative and professional roles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an MS Office Trainer or in a similar training/administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts), PowerPoint (presentations, transitions, animations), and Outlook.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to simplify complex tools and features for learners.
- The ideal candidate should also be fluent in Hindi.
