Job Summary:
We are looking for a Multilingual Waitress to join our team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our diverse guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in multiple languages, and ensure smooth communication with international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Assist non-native speakers by explaining menu items and answering questions in their language.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Fluency in any European Languages (e.g., English, Spanish, Mandarin, French, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
