Nurse- Operation Officer role:
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety:
- Maintain children’s medical records and ensure DHA compliance.
- Lead health protocols, provide first aid, and manage clinic operations.
- Train staff on hygiene, first aid, and health policies.
Operations Officer:
- Oversee daily non-academic operations and facility maintenance.
- Manage admin systems, staff records, budgeting, and supplier coordination.
- Support HR processes and assist management with scheduling and communication.
- Lead operational projects and organize nursery events with staff teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Nursing with valid DHA RN license.
- 3+ years’ operations experience (nursery/school/healthcare preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; English fluency required

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
