A Nursery in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Nursery Manager to lead operations and ensure full compliance with UAE early childhood education regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, proficiency in nursery management, and fluent communication in both Arabic and English to engage effectively with parents, staff, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory bodies, including KHDA, DHA, and Dubai Municipality.
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children in accordance with UAE standards.
Ensure all staff and operational procedures align with best practices in early childhood education.
Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff, ensuring their professional development and performance assessments.
Serve as the main point of contact for governmental inspections, documentation, and compliance.
Manage admissions, curriculum updates, and parent communication, fostering transparency and collaboration.
Oversee budget planning, financial operations, and resource management, ensuring sustainability and cost efficiency.
Support marketing and community engagement to promote the nursery’s educational programs.
Coordinate with external vendors, health and safety officials, and extracurricular service providers to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- NCFE CACHE Level 5 in Early Years Education or equivalent (mandatory).
-Minimum 5 years of experience in nursery or early childhood management. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE childcare laws and regulatory requirements.
-Fluent in Arabic and English – essential for effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-Must be Emarati with a family book
