An Occupational Therapist is a DOH-licensed allied health professional who enhances functional independence and quality of life for individuals with physical, developmental, emotional, or cognitive limitations.
Scope of Services Includes:
- Evaluation and rehabilitation of patients to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work-related skills.
- Restoration and compensation for motor, cognitive, or sensory dysfunctions.
- Use of client-centered approaches to enhance participation in meaningful activities across the lifespan.
- Education on adaptive strategies, assistive devices, and modification of environments to remove barriers to participation.
- Collaborating with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes.

QUALIFICATION, LICENSURE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILLS
- Currently licensed in country of origin and with DOH license to practice
- Licensed healthcare professional Occupational Therapists will provide services based on specific experience and educational qualifications to practice safely and effectively in a way that is in accordance with evidence based best practices.
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Arabic language is mandatory
