Role Overview
As an Off-Plan Property Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for clients seeking to invest in properties still under development. Your mission is to guide buyers through the off-plan journey—from initial interest to contract signing—while maximizing value and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on off-plan investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi’s top developments
- Present detailed insights on payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
- Negotiate terms and close deals with professionalism and precision
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming projects
- Prepare reports and investment proposals tailored to client goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (off-plan preferred)
- Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and development pipeline
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
