We are looking for an Office Boy / CLEANER for our office located in Sharjah.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning the office staff area and break out area by Vaccuming, Dusting, and Mopping, before and after work hours.
- Preparing / serving tea & coffee to visitors.
- Keeping the coffee machine clean and with sufficient products.
- Organize and monitor pantry, office supplies, like stationery, A4s and toners and place request when required.
- Documents Scanning, Copying, & Filing.
- Handling reception, answering calls, attending visitors, in the absence of receptionist.
- Support the administrative staff in performing their duties.
- Any other duties as may be delegated by your supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be presentable with Good Computer Skills.
- Self-driven, mature, clean and well organized.
- Good communication skills in ENGLISH is a MUST.
- Team player with good attitude towards work and colleagues.
