Job Title: Office Girl
Location: Tourist Club Area, Abu Dhabi – UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-presented and experienced Office Girl to support daily office operations. The role includes maintaining office cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling pantry duties, and assisting with basic administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and clients.
- Manage pantry supplies and ensure stock is maintained at all times.
- Assist in basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing when required.
- Greet and assist visitors politely and direct them to the concerned person.
- Support in handling internal document distribution, courier, and mail when needed.
- Assist with meeting room arrangements and office events.
- Provide general administrative and hospitality support to staff and management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Girl/Office Assistant in the UAE.
- Female candidate, preferably from the Philippines.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Presentable, polite, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions effectively.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi locations (especially Tourist Club area) is an added advantage.
